PET FOOD PANTRY

Our Pet Food Pantry is normally held on the second Saturday of every month from 10am to 12pm at our local human food pantry, Rockbridge Area Relief Association (RARA), 350 Spotswood Dr, Lexington, VA 24450. 

 

****DUE TO THE SHORTAGE OF DRY FOOD NATIONALLY, RAA HAS HAD TO PAY RETAIL PRICES FOR PET FOOD.  AS A RESULT WE CANNOT AFFORD TO HOST THE PANTRY EVERY MONTH.  PENDING FURTHER FUNDING, THE PANTRY WILL BE HELD EVERY SIX WEEKS.  THE PANTRY WILL BE HELD ON THE FOLLOWING DATES:

MARCH: 2ND, 2024

APRIL 13TH, 2024

We are devoted to keeping pets with their families, providing supplemental food, and reducing the trauma families might face if they had to relinquish their beloved pets to a shelter because they were unable to feed them.  Individuals who receive services will register with us and must be residents of Rockbridge County, the City of Lexington, or the City of Buena Vista.
